  • Being a part-time free-lance group fitness instructor for 7.5 years and as a full-time group fitness instructor cum personal trainer for 2 years & 1.5 years respectively.
  • Teach free-style classes, i.e. Hi-lo aerobics, body conditioning (ABT, step & sculpt, etc), kickboxing, yoga, Pilates, stretching, etc.
  • Being teaching pre-choreographed exercise program: Body Balance (combination of modified yoga, taichi and Pilates) for 6 years. Hold an International Certification by Les Mills.
  • Been teaching in fitness clubs/fitness studios, schools, public and private sectors, corporate classes, private condominiums (e.g. HPB, Local schools, Bhavan Indian International School, SMU, Republic Polytechnic, GIC, Hitachi, Creative Technology, KFC/Pizza Hut, Attitude Performing Studio, Go! Fitness, Planet Fitness, Amore, Evolution Fitness studio, Wenzarts, etc)
  • Lead the mass workout for community centers, army camps & companies, schools during their special events.
